AIR HEADER

Material of Construction (MOC): Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Hot Dip Galvanize Carbon Steel. Description Header Pipe: Air Header Pipe constructed from Seamless Pipe, size 1-1/2" & 2" NB schedule 40 and 80. Caps or Reducers welded to the pipe is manufactured from forge material.
Inlet Connection: Flange or three piece union type connection.

Outlet Connection: 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 18, 24, or as per customer requirement. This outlet Connection are provided with “ THE” make Ball or Needle Valve of 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" sizes. Nipple used for all the above connections are manufactured from seamless pipe.
Drain Connection: 1/2" or 1" Ball Valve ,Needle Valve, Gate Valve, Globe Valve as per customer requirement.

Mounting: Bracket can be provide as per requirement .
Testing: Air Headers are tested at 150 PSI Pneumatically and 1000 PSI Hydraulically.

AIR HEADER

CONDENSATE POT

Specification - Material of Construction (MOC): Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel & special alloys material like Monel & Inconel.

Size: Manufactured from Seamless Pipe 2”, 3”, 4” NB, Schedule 40, 80, 160 & XXS.

End connection: SW & Screwed.

Testing: Tested as given below.

SYPHON

Syphons are used to protect the pressure measuring instruments from steam or high temperature fluid. Syphon reduces the temperature of the process fluid by dissipating the heat. It also helps to reduce the line surge fluctuations.
Types: 1) Coil type Syphon 2) Pig tail type Syphon 3) U-type Syphon.

Material of Construction MOC: Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel.

Size / Schedule: 1/4” to 1” & sch. 40, 80, 160.
End connection: Plain, Threaded & Socket Weld.

Testing: Syphons are tested at 150 PSI Pneumatically.

*IBR approved Syphon are available on request and charges extra as applicable

SNUBBER

Snubbers are used with pressure gauges where sudden pressure shocks and fluctuations are present , which cause the pointer to fluctuate rapidly hence making it difficult to take the gauge reading. Snubbers considerably reduce pulsations and hence makes the gauge reading easier and also improves the life of the gauge.
Specification :- Material of Construction (MOC): Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel & special like Monel & Inconel.

Testing: Valves are tested at 3000 PSI Hydraulically & 150 PSI Pneumatically.

Direct mounting on the Instrument and screwed process connection. these can be provided with drain ports on the Instrument side for draining of the Process, Instrument lines…

H-TYPE MANIFOLD

Direct mounting for stacking between the Instrument and flanged Process connection.

COPLANAR MANIFOLD

Are meant for direct mounting on to the Instrument eliminating the adaptor flanges.
